Full-time employees will be entitled to participate in AST’s fringe-benefit program, which currently includes the following:
AST is dedicated to the health and well-being of employees and their families; therefore, we offer a comprehensive, competitive and quality insurance program that includes health, vision and dental insurance for employees and their dependents.
All eligible employees receive AST’s Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance provided to them at no cost. Additional voluntary life insurance coverage is available to employees and your dependents at a minimum cost.
All AST eligible employees receive Short-Term and Long-Term disability Insurance should they become disabled because of illness or injury. This is provided at no cost to the employee.
401k Retirement Plan
At AST, employees can elect to participate our 401(k) retirement plan. The purpose of this plan is to provide employees with a benefit upon retirement. AST matches one dollar on every dollar up to the first 3% of your earnings and $.50 on the dollar on the next 2% of compensation
In the interest of maintaining a healthy balance between work and home, AST offers eligible employees comprehensive leave which is accrued every pay period, beginning with the date of hire.
AST provides 10 designated holidays per year.
